Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 4, 2026 Meeting 4.13. Town Hall Parking Lot Police Station Revisions CO#2 WHEREAS, the Town has undertaken the renovation and repaving of the Town Hall parking lot; and WHEREAS, following a field visit with the engineer, several concerns were identified with the concrete ramps and utility box in front of the police station; and WHEREAS, Wendel Engineering, who designed the original project, has provided a proposal to incorporate the revisions to this area. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the proposal from Wendel Engineering in the amount not-to-exceed $4,100.
