4.2. Police – Beach Security

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Board approves the rehiring of Maureen M Grande to the seasonal
PART-TIME position of BEACH SECURITY, effective May 22, 2026; and

THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes Maureen Grande the
authority to enforce the laws and ordinances of the Town of Hamburg Code, and is further authorized to
issue Parking Tickets (188-18 Town Code).

Salary is $24.00 per hour with a maximum of 35 hours per week.

Funds are available in A7180.0104.
