Town Board of the Town of Hamburg May 4, 2026 Meeting 4.15. Townwide ERP Software Implementation WHEREAS, The Town of Hamburg has researched a Town-Wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) a Town-Wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution to update its current software in a number of departments and achieve operational efficiencies; and WHEREAS, the implementation of the ERP system is expected to reduce or eliminate costs associated with existing software systems, resulting in operational efficiencies and potential future cost savings. RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town Supervisor to negotiate and execute a contract with Tyler Technologies, Souorcewell contract #060624-TTI for Town-Wide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution; and be it further RESOLVED, that the total cost for the first year of services, including full integration and implementation, shall not exceed $206,000 in year 1 recurring costs and $537,000 in one-time implementation and conversion costs; and be it further RESOLVED, that $190,000 in funding for this project is available in Capital Account H123 – Software Purchase and Implementation, with any additional required funds to be transferred from the General Fund balance (A.0000.0909). 32
