4.6. Approval of the 2026 Schedule of Fees for Avoidable Alarms

WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Code established a Schedule of Fees for Avoidable Alarms to be
imposed for Avoidable Alarms throughout the Town and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board adopt the 2026 Town of
Hamburg Schedule of Fees for Avoidable Alarms.
