Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 27, 2026 Meeting 4.20. Purchase and Sale Agreement with Erie County WHEREAS, the Hamburg Town Board desires to enter into a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Erie County to acquire approximately 102 parcels of real property listed on the attached “Schedule A”, and WHEREAS, the acquisition of the parcels is for the benefit of the residents of the Town of Hamburg, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board approves the purchase and transfer of approximately 102 parcels of real property from Erie County to the Town of Hamburg, and the Supervisor is authorized to sign the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
