4.4. Town of Hamburg EBO

WHEREAS, the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Equitable Business
Opportunities (EBO) system is a web-based, free of charge civil rights reporting tool for construction
and engineering industries, and

WHEREAS, the EBO system streamlines tracking DBE, M/WBE, and SDVOB participation,
contractor payments, and employee hours on federally funded or state-sponsored projects, and

WHEREAS, as per a request from NYSDOT, the Town of Hamburg must designate a Responsible
Local Official (RLO) and an EBO Administrator.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: As Supervisor, Elizabeth Farrell
Lorentz will serve as the Responsible Local Official (RLO) and Director of Finance, Patrick Shea will
serve as the EBO Administrator.
