Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 13, 2026 Meeting 4.14. Budget Amendment - JCAP Grant WHEREAS, the Hamburg Town Justice Court has been awarded a grant under the 2025-26 cycle of the Justice Court Assistance Program (JCAP), funding to be recorded under revenue code A000.0000.3089.0510; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the current budget to accurately reflect the receipt and allocation of these funds; and WHEREAS, these grant funds will be used to purchase new office furniture for the Judges' Chambers in support of operational and administrative needs; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby approves a budget amendment to increase the revenue budget line A000.0000.3089.0510 by the amount of $4,000.00; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the corresponding appropriations be increased in the following expense codes to support the grant activities; A000.1110.0203.0510 - Office Equipment - JCAP Grant. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption. 38
