April 13, 2026 Meeting
4.3. Approve Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper annual spring sweep

WHEREAS, Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper desires to enter into an agreement with the Town of
Hamburg, to provide access for volunteer beach and waterfront cleanup events, at Hamburg Town Park
and local beaches to conduct the annual spring sweep, to be held on Saturday, April 25, 2026, and

  WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Hamburg supports this project, and purpose of the
event, and

  WHEREAS, the Hamburg Town Board approves the Application for Special Event

  NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Hamburg enter into an agreement
with Buffalo Niagara Waterkeeper, and

  BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Supervisor is authorized to sign the agreement on
behalf of the Town of Hamburg.
