Town Board of the Town of Hamburg April 13, 2026 Meeting 4.19. Nike Concession and Bathroom National Grid Service WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg installed a new concession and bathroom building at the soccer fields on the Nike Recreational Facility; and WHEREAS, the building requires an electrical service extension across Lakeview Road by National Grid including installation of one new utility pole; and WHEREAS, National Grid would like to set the pole on our property and has requested a 20 ft x 20 ft easement around the pole; and WHEREAS, National Grid has also prepared the proposal for the work on the public utility associated with the extension at a cost of $10,541.00. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the supervisor to sign the attached easement and the attached agreement with National Grid and authorizes the payment upon receipt of an invoice.
