Annual Grass Cutting Bid WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Code Enforcement Department is responsible for the enforcement of Town of Hamburg Local Law No. 9-1974 (Chapter 75) Brush, Grass and Weeds, Village of Hamburg Local Law No. 3 – 1998 Section 182-2 and Village of Blasdell Chapter 95 Article 1 and such services to perform cutting of grass and weeds on private property as required. BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is authorized to advertise for sealed bids entitled “Hamburg Code Enforcement 2026 Annual Contract for Grass/Weed Cutting Services” Sealed bids must be received at Hamburg Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, New York 14075, and said bid will be publicly opened and read aloud on April 28, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in Conference Room (Building Inspection) Mailed bids should be sent to: Town of Hamburg, Attn: Town Clerk 6100 South Park Avenue, Hamburg, New York 14075.
