Town Board of the Town of Hamburg March 23, 2026 Meeting 4.5. Out of Town Travel-Recreation WHEREAS, the Town Board approves the out-of-town travel for Martin Denecke, who attended the Certified Playground Safety Inspector Course from March 4, 2026, through March 6, 2026; and WHEREAS, actual and necessary expenses incurred in attending this training school, including registration fee, are proper municipal charges under Town Law §116(12) and General Municipal Law §77(b). NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Hamburg Town Board approves reimbursement of expenses for Martin Denecke’s attendance at the Certified Playground Safety Inspector Course as follows: Registration: $815; one (1) night hotel @ $65.81 per night and two (2) nights @ 148.45 per night; and three (3) days of meals @ up to $65.00 per day.
