WHEREAS, InfraGard Buffalo is hosting a cybersecurity conference “FBI Buffalo: Strengthening your
Security with Operation Winter SHIELD” on March 24, 2026, from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm in
Cheektowaga, NY,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes Jeff Pulinski to attend
the conference with no cost to the department.
