Town Board of the Town of Hamburg March 23, 2026 Meeting 4.17. LGRMIF Grant Application WHEREAS, the NYS Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund (LGRMIF) grants program provides funds to help local governments establish records management programs or develop new program components, and WHEREAS, through document conversion and access, local governments may choose to convert records to another format through the use of microfilming or imaging, and WHEREAS, as a means to enhance efficiency, the Town of Hamburg Building Department is requesting funds from the LGRMIF program to convert records to a digital format. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: The Hamburg Town Board authorizes EECG Consulting, LLC to prepare and submit the LGRMIF grant application to the New York State Archives, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if the grant is awarded, the Town of Hamburg will commit to the development and implementation of the proposed project, additionally, the Town of Hamburg will designate EECG Consulting, LLC to manage the grant on behalf of the Town of Hamburg, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, as no match is required, all project costs will be initially funded from the Town of Hamburg General Fund Balance (A000-0000-0909-0000) pending reimbursement from the awarded grant funds. 79
