Town Board of the Town of Hamburg March 9, 2026 Meeting 4.12. Request RFP for Hamburg Town Arena Pro-Shop and Concessions BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the Youth, Recreation and Senior Services Department to put out a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the operation of the pro-shop and concession stand at the Hamburg Town Arena pending approval from the Town Legal Department and Insurance Consultant. The new contract would be set up for the 2026-2027,2027-2028 seasons with an option for the 2028 - 2029 season. 17
