4.11. Request RFP for Hamburg Town Park Concessions
BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board authorizes the Youth, Recreation and Senior Services Department
to put out a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the operation of the concession stand at the Hamburg Town
Park Beach pending approval from the Town Legal Department and Insurance Consultant The new
contract would be set up for the Summer Seasons of 2026 & 2027, with an option for the 2028 season.
