Be It Resolved, that the Town Board authorizes Supervisor, Elizabeth Farrell Lorentz and Director of
Finance, Pat Shea to review and release checks and/or contracts at times when Town Board meetings go
beyond a three-week interval, to be submitted subsequently at the next scheduled Town Board
meeting.
