Town Board of the Town of Hamburg January 26, 2026 Meeting 4.18. Idlewood Subdivision Engineer’s Report Services WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg requires an Engineer’s Report for the Idlewood Subdivision West Arnold Dr prepared in conformance with EFC requirements to apply for grant opportunities; and WHEREAS, Nussbaumer & Clarke Inc. previously completed the Map Plan & Report and the engineered plans for the waterline project and are best qualified to complete the Engineer’s Report; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby authorize the Supervisor to sign the proposal for $9,200 with Nussbaumer & Clarke and for work on the project to begin immediately.
