(Nussbaumer) is pleased to submit this proposal and letter of engagement to the Town of Hamburg (Town) for the preparation of an Engineering Report in connection with the replacement of the existing waterline on West Arnold Drive (Idlewood Subdivision). The Engineering Report will be prepared in general conformance with the relevant parts of the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation (NYSEFC) outline for drinking water projects (refer to attached copy). The Town can then use the Engineering Report to apply for grant and/or financial assistance via the Consolidated Funding Application process (late July submission in past years). PROJECT FEE Nussbaumer proposes to provide the engineering services as detailed above for a lump sum fee of $9,200.00. INITIATION OF CONTRACT Nussbaumer appreciates the opportunity to submit this letter proposal, and we look forward to working with the Town on this Project. We are available at your convenience to discuss any aspect of this proposal. Upon acceptance of our proposal, please sign where indicated and return a copy to Nussbaumer.
