TO: Honorable Town Board FROM: Gary Dickson, Supervisor DATE: May 11, 2026 SUBJECT: Supervisor Dickson re Selection of Audiovisual System for Town Board meetings Requested Action: Most of us are aware that the audiovisual set-up to stream town board meetings is less than ideal, both from a personnel standpoint and a technical one. Councilmember Breidenstein suggested that we solicit proposals for permanent cameras that will tie into the audio system and stream to the town's channel on YouTube. Proposals were requested from three vendors: 1. Tech Savvy in West Seneca 2. Tech Visions Consulting in Buffalo 3. Cinema & Sound in Orchard Park A proposal was received from Tech Savvy. Tech Visions Consulting reviewed our request, visited the courtroom, but decided not to submit a proposal. Cinema & Sound did not respond.
