This proposal outlines a reliable and easy-to-operate courtroom streaming and recording system designed to
provide clear visual coverage, automated camera control, and seamless live broadcast capability for public
proceedings.

The system will utilize two wall mounted, remotely controllable cameras—one positioned to capture the front
seating area and one focused on the podium—to ensure consistent and professional visual coverage of
speakers and participants. Camera switching will be handled automatically through an integrated audio
processing unit that monitors microphone activity and intelligently signals the streaming system to select the
appropriate camera view in real time.

setup, using them strictly to generate control logic for automated camera switching and scene selection within
the streaming software.

A compact live preview display will be installed at the bench, allowing court staff to easily monitor the active
camera view and overall stream status. In addition, a programmable control interface will be provided to
enable simple, one-touch operation of streaming and recording functions for broadcasts to approved online
platforms such as public video services.

The system will be professionally configured, programmed, and tested to ensure dependable operation,
minimal user interaction, and consistent performance during live proceedings, while remaining flexible for
