Proposal Total (USD) $9,090.28

Location & Timeframe
This project is to be performed at the location specified in this proposal or related project documentation.

The estimated duration of work is [1-2] business day(s), based on the approved scope of work and site
conditions at the time of proposal. Project scheduling is anticipated to occur approximately [1-2] week(s)
following proposal acceptance, subject to availability and prerequisite completion.

Project timelines are estimates and may be impacted by client-requested changes, site conditions,
unforeseen circumstances, weather, material availability, or other events beyond Tech Savvy’s control. In
such cases, the project may be rescheduled or extended as necessary.

If a deposit has been collected and the project is delayed, canceled, or repeatedly rescheduled due to client
actions, unresponsiveness, or circumstances where the client is no longer able to proceed with the project,
Tech Savvy reserves the right to retain the deposit to offset administrative, scheduling, and preparatory costs.

Pre-Requisites & Site Requirements
Certain project conditions may require additional coordination, equipment, or services not included in the
base scope of work.

Areas that are difficult to access, including elevated or obstructed locations, may require specialized
equipment such as lifts or scaffolding. If such equipment is not provided by the Client, additional charges may
apply for rental, transport, and use.

Furniture, fixtures, or other obstructions that impede installation access must be relocated prior to service. If
relocation is required during installation, additional labor charges may apply.

Where a project requires IT configuration or network access and the Client elects to use internal or third-party
IT services, the Client is responsible for ensuring those services are available and responsive during
scheduled installation times. Delays caused by unavailable or incomplete IT support may result in additional
billable labor.

Certain services require electrical infrastructure to be in place, including but not limited to power receptacles
behind displays or dedicated outlets for equipment racks. Electrical work is not included unless explicitly
stated. Tech Savvy can provide licensed electrical services at an additional cost, or the Client may supply
their own qualified electrician.

Services that rely on mobile applications, cloud connectivity, or remote access require an active internet
connection and compatible smart device. Where internet service is not available, Tech Savvy may offer
cellular connectivity solutions at an additional monthly rate, subject to availability and approval.

Deposit & Invoice
This project does not require a deposit. Invoicing will be issued upon completion of the approved scope of
work and is payable under Net 30 terms.

Any changes to the approved scope of work, including client-requested modifications, additions, or delays
that extend beyond the original proposal, may be billed separately or result in the issuance of a revised or
supplemental invoice.
