If a deposit is required for future projects or expanded scope, such requirements will be communicated in
advance and scheduling will occur upon receipt of the deposit.

Programming & Licensing
All software, scripts, configurations, and programmatic logic developed for this project (“Software”) are
licensed to the Client on a temporary, non-transferable basis until full payment is received.

Upon receipt of full payment, Tech Savvy grants the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the
Software for its intended purpose.

Source code may be provided upon written request. Tech Savvy reserves the right to withhold proprietary
components, third-party modules, or internal libraries, which may result in the Software being provided in
a non-compilable or non-modifiable form.

Tech Savvy retains all ownership rights to the Software and expressly reserves the right to suspend, limit, or
disable functionality in the event of non-payment.

Change Orders
Any modifications, additions, or deviations from the approved scope of work (“Change Orders”) must be
requested through an approved communication channel, including the FreshBooks platform, email, text
message, or phone call made to Tech Savvy business lines.

Change Orders will be billed at the same labor and service rates outlined in the original invoice unless the
requested work requires a different labor classification, in which case the applicable rate may be higher or
lower.

Approved Change Orders may extend the project timeline. In such cases, Tech Savvy reserves the right to
invoice the original scope of work upon completion and issue separate invoices for Change Orders as they
are completed or approved.

Warranty & Support
All Tech Savvy–designed and installed systems include a one (1) year parts and labor warranty covering
workmanship and system components provided as part of the approved proposal.

Extended warranty coverage may be added at the Client’s request at a rate of 5% of the original invoice
subtotal per additional year up to (5) years, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond Tech Savvy’s labor warranty period. Where manufacturer
coverage applies, Tech Savvy will facilitate warranty claims and replacement; however, labor associated with
diagnosis, removal, or reinstallation outside of Tech Savvy’s labor warranty period may be billable.

It is understood that component failures may require lead time for replacement parts to be sourced or
delivered. Replacement timelines are dependent on manufacturer availability unless next-day or immediate
replacement service is explicitly included in the invoice.

Warranty support requests will be acknowledged within 24 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, or
circumstances beyond Tech Savvy’s control, which may extend response times.

Warranty and support coverage applies only to systems, equipment, and services included in the original
proposal. Support requests determined not to be warranty-related, or involving systems outside the approved
scope, will be treated as billable service calls.
