This proposal constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the services described and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous discussions, representations, proposals, or agreements, whether written or oral. Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the Client—including but not limited to purchase orders, master service agreements, vendor agreements, or similar documents—shall have no force or effect unless expressly accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Tech Savvy. In the event of a conflict, the terms of this proposal shall govern. No modification, amendment, or waiver of any provision of this proposal shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tech Savvy.
