At your March 23" meeting, please set a public hearing for the discussion and public comment on the SWMP Plan for the April 13, 2026 meeting. After the public hearing, a vote will be needed to authorize the Supervisor to sign the MS4 Annual Report/Interim Progress Certification-2026, so that the report to DEC can be submitted. liz
