oM-3 FRIENDS OF GRIFFINS MILLS, NY February 27, 2026 To: Aurora Town Board Aurora Municipal Center 575 Oakwood Ave. East Aurora, NY 14052 As you may recall, last year, the Town Board supported our effort to acquire and install a Hamlet of Griffins Mills Welcomes You sign at the west end of the hamlet on Mill Road across from the intersection of Luther Road. In follow-up to our last year’s request to add Welcome signage to both ends of Mill Road, the Friends of Griffins Mills requests your support to acquire and install the 24 sign at the East entry to the Hamlet on Mill Road. Once again, we have engaged Visual Impact to produce the 2¢ matching sign at the same cost as the first sign, which is $1,810. We ate asking for the Town Board’s support for this signage, and if you would be willing to consider earmarking $1,000 from the 2026 West Falls Beautification Fund. We will make up the balance of the cost with a check of $810 made out to the Town of Aurora. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. Respectfully submitted, Lib.
