RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN 5H 690 South Street SBL#176.09-1-13 Whereas, Dan Mirsky/EA Baseball and Softball has submitted a Site Plan Review Application to place a prebuilf shed on the Community Pool Park property adjacent to the snack shack and utilize it for storage of equipment and field maintenance supplies SBL#176.09-1-13 at 690 South Street, East Aurora NY; and Whereas, at their April 1, 2026 meeting the Aurora Town Planning Board recommended approval of the site plan; and Whereas, the Site Plan application and documents were sent to Erie County Department of Environment and Planning for review who cascaded it to Erie County Department of Public Works and stated no concerns; and Whereas, the Code Enforcement Officer determined this to be a Type Il Action under SEQR and does not require a determination by the Town Board. Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Site Plan for SBL#176.09-1-13 690 South Street, East Aurora, NY, to place a prebuilf shed on the Community Pool Park property is approved by the Town Board.
