The following scopes of work are further broken down below; Door Access system; PFS proposes installing an Avigilon Alata access control management system This integration will offer door access on a simplistic easy to use application. Key features & details; 1. PFS shall furnish 1 additional door/entry to existing door access platform. 2. The system will be configured to re-use existing card readers (8) 3. This could based system does have an annual user cloud portal access SAAS fee which is based on how many users & total amount of card readers on the system. Due to the fact of less than 200 users on this system the user fee is waived. The amount of entries (card readers) on the system will incur a fee. The fee structure is reduced upon amount of time chosen. The annual fee per card reader (8) is; 1 YEAR PER ENTRY $ 290.00 3 YEAR PER ENTRY $ 831.00 5 YEAR PER ENTRY $ 1,385.00 10 YEAR PER ENTRY $ 2,720.00 The cost of 9 door configuration smart hub controller panel & programing is $ 11,350.00 + Annual entry SAAS fee referenced above.
