NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the
Town of Aurora on the 8! day of June, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Aurora Municipal
Center located at 575 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, New York, 14052, at
which hearing parties and interested citizens shall have an opportunity to be
heard on Site Plan application for the placement of a ground mounted solar
array at 1627 Bailey Road, East Aurora, NY. All interested parties are entitled to
be heard upon said proposal at this public hearing. Copies of said proposed site
plan are available for review at the offices of the Town Clerk during normal
business hours and available on the Town website www.townofaurorany.gov.
