The entire run can be a private 6” lateral. This would eliminate the DSCA and make the State Highway permit easier to acquire as you will no longer be digging up any section of the road. All of the work is possible with one borehole in the grass space on the neighboring parcel and one trench/bore pit on the proposed Dental Office parcel. & 368 eh Let me know if you want to look into this or want the nodes assigned instead for the sewerline extension.
