b. The Building Department has received a Site Plan application for 1045 Davis Road, SBL:
199.01-1-18 as submitted by WNY West Falls Inc., known as The Corner Market.

Chairman, Doug Crow states a Site Plan was approved 2 years ago, however the
applicant was unable to start work on the project right away and it expired. The applicant
returned in January of 2025, and it was approved again. Currently, they are looking to
  amend the current Site Plan.

Varinder Gill, owner of WNY West Falls Inc. states the request to amend the current Site
Plan would include replacement of the existing fuel pumps and canopy.

Chairman, Doug Crow asks if it would be necessary to remediate the soil around the fuel
  tanks.

Chuck Norris, Project & Safety Manager for WNY West Falls, Inc., states the present
tanks are the property of Sunoco. They will be responsible for the removal and
remediation of the tanks and site. They hire a third-party environment company that
monitors and does all the sampling per the protocol of New York State DEC.
