Budget Transfer for appropriation and account adjustments.
WHEREAS, the Town of Orchard Park performed budget monitoring as of August 31, 2026; and
WHEREAS, certain appropriation accounts were noted to need adjustments to allow for the appropriate
spending of accounts; and
WHEREAS, the funding for these adjusted appropriations is available within other appropriation accounts
in the Town’s 2026 Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it
RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the following transfers within the Town’s 2026
