NOH Le Budget Amendment within the Town’s 2026 Budget WHEREAS, the Town of Orchard Park performed budget monitoring as of August 31, 2026; and WHEREAS, certain appropriation accounts were noted to need adjustments to allow for the appropriate spending of accounts; and WHEREAS, the funding for these appropriations is available within excess related revenue received and fund balance.
