Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, that Shauna Dittmar be appointed American with Disabilities Officer and Harassment Compliance Officer for the Town of West Seneca. On the question, Councilmember Sherman asked if the position was an appointed term and was it compensated. Supervisor Dickson stated the position is appointed annually and there is no compensation. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, reaffirming that Mark Beehler be appointed to the Planning Board effective January 1, 2026, for a seven-year term ending December 31, 2032.
