The project consists of a private watermain and private sanitary sewer main with the public sanitary sewer manhole installation or the connection along California Road to serve an apartment complex. | have reviewed the plans and specifications for the proposed project and have found them to be in compliance with current Town Specifications and Standards. We are in receipt of all necessary fees, bond, and insurances. |, therefore, recommend approval of Public Improvement Permit PIP #2026-01 Maple Grove Apartments’ Manhole and the Private Utility Improvement Permit PUIP #2026-01 for the Maple Grove Apartment sanitary sewer and watermain extensions off California Road.
