NRE Town of Orchard Park Community Activity Center Informal Bids (Prevailing Rate) 1) 58 Space Millings Parking Expansion Project Work Scope: Extend 12” HDPE Pipe Approx. 30.0’. Bedding and CR#2 stone cover. Relocate existing Light Fill Stone to new end section. Cut approx. 20 yd of soil off existing Brush Mountain Park hill side, to blend to existing driveway and sloped parking lot.. Asphalt millings 8”-12” thick over small new dirt subgrade area. Remaining to spread over new lot staked lot to identify the parking area limits. One Dozer and One Roller to spread, grade, and roll approx. 540 cy (36 Loads) already dumped on existing stoned parking lot. Work area is 95% stone parking lot. Removal of (1) Trail Gate — Town to reinstall at a future date. 2) Test Dig Into Existing Fill Pile Project Work Scope: One (1) Full day (8+ hours) One Excavator with 2.5- 4CY Bucket and Operator to test dig into existing fill piles and investigate what materials (Stumps, brush, stone, concrete, pavement, metals, etc.) were buried with Town of Orchard Park Representative/Inspector. Any easily separatable materials that are found to be stockpiled individually by material (metal, stone, asphalt, etc.). Refill all dig areas with remaining spoils after completion of test digs.
