N BAT |D RESOLUTION TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE TOWN OF ORCHARD PARK ZONING ORDINANCE WHEREAS, the Town Board has reviewed proposed amendments to the Town of Orchard Park Zoning Ordinance, regarding permitted uses, definitions, and dimensional requirements for the Gateway Mixed- Use and Stadium Mixed-Use zones; and WHEREAS, the Town Board desires to consider adoption of the proposed amendments following the required review and public hearing. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby schedule a public hearing to be held on October 7, 2026, at 7:00pm. in the Orchard Park Municipal Building regarding the zoning ordinance amendments.
