OB *| Re: Community Activity Center — Generator Installation Project Final Change Order & Release of Retention (Electrical Contact) WHEREAS, construction work for the electrical construction contract on the Community Activity Center Generator Installation Project has been completed. On April 28, 2026, a final inspection was conducted, and all Final Punch List work has since been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications; and WHEREAS, a two-year maintenance bond, in the amount of $130,532.00 has been submitted along with the Affidavit of Release of Liens, Affidavit of Subcontractor Payment, and necessary legal documents. NOW, THEREFORE be it RESOLVED, that the Town Board does hereby approve the final change order and authorize release of retention for the Community Activity Center Generator Installation Project-Electrical Contract to Stenzel Electrical Construction Inc., 8535 Sunset Drive, Williamsville, New York 14221, in the amount of $10,326.60; and be it further RESOLVED, the Town Board does hereby authorize the Town Clerk to release Stenzel Electrical Construction Inc.’s performance security in the amount of $119,250.00 as recommended by the Town Engineer, M:\Documents and Spreadsheets\Documents\Minutes\2026\Workup\20260819-TB\Engineering Payment Letter-CAC Generator Project_EC.docx
