BIELER,PE., CFM August 12, 2026 Honorable Town Board Town of Orchard Park 4295 South Buffalo Street Orchard Park, New York 14127 Re: Community Activity Center — Generator Installation Project Final Change Order & Release of Retention (Electrical Contact) Dear Board Members: I am pleased to inform you that construction work for the electrical construction contract, on the Community Activity Center Generator Installation Project, has been completed. On April 28, 2026, a final inspection was conducted, and all Final Punch List work has since been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the contract documents and specifications. A two-year maintenance bond, in the amount of $130,532.00, has been submitted along with the Affidavit of Release of Liens, Affidavit of Subcontractor Payment, and necessary legal documents. I, therefore, recommend that you adopt the following resolutions: e Approve the final change order and authorize release of the retention for the Community Activity Center Generator Installation Project, (Electrical Contract) to Stenzel Electrical Construction Inc., 8535 Sunset Drive, Williamsville, New York 14221, in the amount of $10,326.60 (attached). e Authorize the Town Clerk to release Stenzel Electrical Construction Inc. performance security in the amount of $119,250.00.
