Moved by Trustee Popek, seconded by Trustee Even that that the following resolution be adopted: RESOLVED, that there be and hereby is levied for the fiscal year 2026-2027 a tax against all taxable properties within the Village of Orchard Park, Inc. as shown upon the last completed tax roll, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mayor Clinton be authorized to sign the tax warrant for the 2026-2027 tax levy and charges as follows: For the General Fund $ 866,239.58 For Unpaid Water $ 4,977.73 For Prior Exemptions Removed $ 1,182.75 For Refuse and Recycling $ 272,250.00 For Water District $ 299,724.75 For Stormwater Management $ 61,418.00 Being for all purposes, a total of $1,505,792.81 On the question: 4 voting “Aye” 0 voting “Nay” Carried Trustee Hartung Trustee Pyne Trustee Even Trustee Popek Moved by Trustee Pyne, seconded by Trustee Hartung that the Village Board meeting scheduled for May 25, 2026 be cancelled in observance of Memorial Day.
