Planning Board Village of Orchard Park January 6, 2026 Sign Permit Application Alexander King 1745 Welch Road North Java, NY SBL #162.17-7-5 Applicant is requesting permission to replace an existing sign for Elora located at 6551 E Quaker St. SBL #162.17-7-5. Appearance: Joey Fafello (Bammel Architects) Alex King Discussion: The sign construction was started without the approval of the Planning Board. There will be a raised brick planter bed containing flowers during the nice weather months which will be maintained by the landscaping service. The sign will not be illuminated. Applicant will supply a mock up of a removeable vacancy sign which would include a phone number. The Vacancy sign would be removed each time vacancies are filled. Moved by Gunner Tronolone, seconded by Myrna Woodard to approve the sign permit application to replace an existing sign for Elora located at 6551 E. Quaker St. SBL #162.17-7-5. with the stipulation a mock up of a vacancy sign, including phone number is provided to the Building Inspector.
