Proposed EV Charging Stations Site Plan Review 705 Orchard Park Road Page 2 of 2 West Seneca, NY 14224 Stormwater The project will disturb ±0.14 acres of land and substantially decrease green space. To mitigate stormwater runoff, an underground pipe detention system is proposed to reduce post construction discharge rates to pre-existing discharge rate. The intent would be to utilize perforated pipe to allow for infiltration. Infiltration testing will be completed to confirm the design. Construction Schedule The intent would be to start construction once all municipal approvals and permits are obtained. It is estimated that the duration of construction will be ±4 weeks.
