VII. Open Board Presentation

  a) Max Strasser questioned SUP code and where it stood with the Town Board. Wendy
Schoenwetter stated the code was sent to the Town Board. In addition, texts were also sent to
the Board members, and she did not receive a response from any Board member. Max and
Debbie Zimmerman stated that when a request is sent to the Town Board, they should be
required to respond to it within 30 days and/or prior to the next month’s Board meeting.
  Wendy Schoenwetter agreed with this.

  b) Max asked the status of the data center development considerations. Wendy Schoenwetter
stated this was addressed two meetings ago and has been deemed by the Town code as not
  allowable.

  c) Max asked the status of SMRs (Small Modular Reactors) and this subject is still in
discussion. Mapendo Tumaini will forward a video to the Board members regarding SMRs.

  d) Max questioned the status of the solar project moratorium. Wendy stated it had expired.
There is an overlay district where solar project can be built. Max stated that Cari Jaroslawsky
requested on two separate occasions that the Code Enforcement Officer ensure the original
plan, including boundary lines etc., had been followed. To date, neither Cari nor the Board
have received any response to this request. Shawn Slammon asked where he could look at the
final renderings and Debbie Zimmerman stated they should be at Town Hall. Wendy stated
she was going to discuss the code around the solar code and enforcement of same with
Supervisor Gingerich given the recent events surrounding the solar project.
