Open Board Presentations

Councilman Dolegowski stated we currently hold our Town Board meetings on Thursdays and Work
Session meetings on Tuesdays is recommending that in 2027 the Town Board meetings and Work
Session meetings be held on Thursdays. Thinking it will create a more predictable schedule and less
confusion and be easier for residents to track.

Supervisor Gingerich Jr. stated the only problem with changing the Work Session meetings to Thursdays
instead of Tuesdays is the Town Hall is currently open Tuesday evenings from 6 -8 pm and all offices are
open. You want Town Officials to come on another evening. That is why we have the Work Session
meetings on Tuesdays. Also Tuesday evenings the Board can come in the review and sign the Vouchers
as they are ready on Tuesday and then don’t have to rush on Thursday Board Meeting night to get them
 all signed.

Motion: Councilman Nolan moved, seconded by Councilman Reichert to approve the claims
previously audited by the Town Board.
