4.26. Authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the Proposal with Fisher & Associates
RESOLVED, the Hamburg Town Board authorizes the Town Supervisor to sign the Proposal with
Fisher & Associates for Conceptual Multimodal Design on South Park Ave. from Scranton to Bayview
Rd. and Bayview to Big Tree Rd., including in the vicinity of Frontier High School to address
infrastructure and safety issues in preparation for funding support application submissions, not to
exceed to $8,000.
