Additional contract costs related to the completion of the project detailed below. E. Additional Costs not Included in Contract Fees 1. Permit Fees 2. Soil boring / geotechnical report if required a. Soil borings will not be required to design the structure. 3. Extensive Construction Administration – not anticipated however I am available for questions throughout the project 4. Any variances required – none are anticipated 5. Construction cost estimating is not included F. Fees The proposed sum based upon the Scope of Work described herein, totals: Not to exceed cost $6,900 This proposal is valid for sixty (60) days from the date noted on the cover letter. If this document is not executed within this time period, revision will be necessary prior to final submission. Revisions to the project above and beyond the initial intent of the project will be subject to additional fees.
