I feel that I have a good understanding of what you are hoping to accomplish with this new structure. A. Project Scope Services will include complete Structural and Architectural documentation; to include Floor Plans and Details, Exterior Elevations, Wall Sections and Details as required. B. Basic Services Architectural Design of new roof structure approximately 16’-0’ x 45’-0” in size Complete Structural design included – new roof structure to be freestanding and will not depend on existing building for structural support Architect / Engineer stamped drawings will be provided for your use C. Architectural Services and Responsibilities 1. Construction Document a. Construction Documents and Specifications will be completed to a level to allow for competitive bidding and securing a building permit from the Town. b. Architectural Documents to include Floor Plans Exterior Elevations Wall Sections and Details Roof Plan Framing plan and connection details 2. Contract Administration Phase a. During this phase, one site visit will be provided and scheduled during completion of critical construction elements. b.
