Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.25. Ice Rink Equipment Cover Design WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg ice rink has a large equipment pad in the rear of the building, which is impacted by snow sliding off the roof, and WHEREAS, last winter this resulted in a damaged gas pipe and prompted the need for a permanent structure to cover the area; and WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has worked with a local architect, Michael E. Lukaszewski, R.A., who has submitted a proposal for $6,900 to design a structure, columns and foundations. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board authorizes the Supervisor to enter into an agreement with Michael E. Lukaszewski, R.A. for not-to-exceed $6,900 and work to begin immediately.
