Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.16. Amendment of Planning & Engineering Fees WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Planning and Engineering Departments have various application fees associated with planning board applications, sketch plan reviews, SWPPP reviews, site plan approvals, subdivision approvals, special use permits, rezoning applications, etc.; and WHEREAS, the fees are reviewed and reassessed on an annual basis to meet the costs of such efforts, reviews and inspections by Town personnel. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Hamburg Town Board adopts the attached 2027 Schedule of Fees for the Planning and Engineering Departments, which shall apply to all applications starting January 1, 2027.
