Town Attorney re Return of Escrow Account to 1000 Queens Grant, LLC Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Sherman, to return $55,000 of the escrow account to 1000 Queen's Grant, LLC . Mr. Trapp recommended the motion be amended to include the condition that the return is pending the execution and filing of the settlement documents. Supervisor Dickson struck the motion and made a new motion. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to return $55,000 of the escrow account to 1000 Queen's Grant, LLC pending the execution of all settlement documents. Highway Superintendent Adams re Vehicle purchase - Buildings and Grounds Department Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to authorize the Highway Superintendent to execute the purchase of a new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD with plow for $59,038.00 on Erie County Contract #240059-004 noting this truck will be used in the Buildings and Grounds Department and paid from the 2026 Buildings and Grounds Equipment line 01711000.50200. Highway Superintendent Adams re Bridge NY updated project resolution Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to approve the following Bridge NY resolution for P.I.N. 5765.16, Greymont Avenue over Ebenezer Brook, authorizing the implementation and funding of 100% of the costs of a transportation project, of which qualified costs may be reimbursed from Bridge NY Funds: WHEREAS, a project for the Town of West Seneca, Greymont Avenue over Ebenezer Brook, P.I.N. 5765.16 (the "Project"), is eligible for reimbursement of qualified costs from Bridge NY funding, which provides for the post-reimbursement apportionment of qualified costs to be borne at the ratio of 100% Bridge NY funds and 0% non-Bridge NY funds; and WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca will design, let, and administer all phases of the Project; and WHEREAS, the Town of West Seneca desires to advance the Project by committing 100% of the costs of the Project, in the amount of $535,792.00, for work associated with the Project or portions thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of West Seneca hereby approves the Project; and be it further RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the Town of West Seneca to pay 100% of the cost of all phases of the Project, including but not limited to engineering design, environmental review, and construction, with the understanding that qualified costs will be reimbursed from Bridge 5 Page 8 of 182
