The proposed addition adds building area only; occupant loads and facility operations are unchanged. Sanitary demand is therefore unchanged from existing conditions (≈ 730 gpd average, ≈ 2 gpm peak). The existing 4″ service connection (≈ 87 gpm capacity) and the 15″ public main both have substantial excess capacity, and the 15″ main already conveys the facility’s current flow.
